Privacy Policy

Summary

JTCV.online is a client-first resume product. Resume source files (PDF, DOCX, TXT) are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers for parsing. Account and licensing metadata may be stored in our database so you can sign in and manage your plan.

Data we process

• Account data: email, name (optional), authentication tokens, email verification status.
• License & billing metadata: plan, license status, provider reference ids (for example Gumroad sale identifiers). We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Local workspace: after you choose to continue, a processed Resume Model may be saved in IndexedDB on your device. Original source files are not persisted.
• Operational logs: security and error events needed to run the service (without resume file contents).

Cookies & sessions

We use secure session cookies for authentication (Auth.js). Theme preference may use local storage. We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) to measure aggregated site traffic and performance; Google may set analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the core product surfaces.

Your choices

You can clear local workspace data from the Create Resume restore dialog, sign out to end the server session, and request account support via the email listed in application settings.
